You can make payments on Listingo using online banking (FPX), Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, or credit/debit cards. When prompted, select your preferred payment platform. Your bank account or e-wallet must be set up for online payments to work. If you're unsure whether your account is eligible, please check with your bank or e-wallet provider. Some accounts have payment limits, so we recommend having sufficient funds available to avoid delays in booking.
Currently, Listingo supports digital payments via online banking (FPX), Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and credit/debit cards for rental services in Malaysia.
You will receive a notification if the payment was successful. If you don't receive confirmation, check your bank account or e-wallet to see if the payment has been deducted. If the transaction fails due to a connection issue or account problem, go to your Personal Centre > My Applications and try again.
Your booking is guaranteed for 24 hours after making the reservation. Please make the payment within this time. After 24 hours, you will need to rebook and pay again.
Online payments can take a few moments to process. If your booking status hasn't updated after 30 minutes, please contact our customer service for assistance.
